What Do You Want From Us?

Updated: January 29, 2012

We’ve been running The Rhino Den for over 3 years now and although we think it’s the greatest blog EVER, we don’t want to seem too pretentious and overbearing. Tell us what you want us to write about here. In 2012 we’re planning to post the following:

-More Douche of the Week

-Product reviews of veteran-owned businesses and stuff

-Guest writers like Matt Gallagher, Chuck Ziegenfuss, and Antonio Aguilar

-Politics from Mister Twisted

-Dumbass Chronicles from the RU crew

-Profiles of military-friendly celebrities

What else can we bring you?

Logan: Yes, we are going to start with small, veteran owned companies that provide products our primary readership (military and public safety) could use in the course of their duties.

Is there anything in particular you would like to see us review?

More of the funny ass stories from the past. Maybe more contests for us to submit our funny stories. Those are what got me hooked on your site at first.

Mr. Twisted brings a fresh perspective on politics. He gets the crap that it is but maintains a sense of humor. LOVE IT!

More douche of the week definitely. A couple years ago you wrote a story about getting into an argument with some ski bunny from Europe about how dumb Americans were. That article was funny as hell, so I would like to see more articles like that.

I’d like to see more tales from active duty. Crigger’s Package and Keeper Of The Dick made me piss myself laughing.

What do I want from you? What you’ve been dishing out for the past three years!

You guys are great, and I’ve loved almost everything you’ve put up here.

The only thing I’d like to see more of, would be some articles and whatnot pertaining to law enforcement, firefighters and other EMS personnel. As a firefighter I know we aren’t apart of the 0.45%, but we all love you guys and support everything you’ve done for us. We also adhere to similar standards – integrity, service before self and excellence in all we do.

I know other firefighters, police officers and search & rescue personnel who frequent your site and love it. So keep up the good work and we’ll keep stopping by and recommending to others that they do the same!

Go after all the California crazy gun laws. Do the whole country a favor. If more state we’re like Montana etc. The people would not put up with the bullshit gun laws or these politicians.

You are doing a great job of raising my blood pressure about the assholes that prevail our government and society. Reviews of honest succesful businesses and products run by, founded by, and for veterans is a great addition to the mix. At least I could buy something and be pleased with both sides of the purchase, happy with a quality product and service while giving someone worthy my business. Yeah, like Ranger up.

More straight talk is good. I think more people need to know what, how, and where to aide you guys in returning from the fight. I was only an avionics tech in the navy, so I have no clue what it must be like. The stories and opinion of the front line guys need to be heard. Although the humor in all of your presentations is the best way for me to start my day and remember what it means to be an American.
