Tim Kennedy’s Work Out – April 13, 2013

Tim is back and laughing at your weak work out.  Want to step up your game?  Try this one on for size!

Variation of fight gone bad. This one is fast and furious with lots of repetitions.

In this workout you move from each of five stations after one minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating X5.

The stations:

1. Sandbag rows

2. Double unders

3. KB thrusters

4. Hindu squats

5. Battle Ropes (2 hand up/down).

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. Count each rep at each station for a 5 minute round. Then add all your rounds.

Rd 3- 225

Rd 4- 231

Rd 5- 236

Total 1,113

Reps to beat: 1,113

Middle of the pack: 900

Last man: 800
