Variation of fight gone bad. This one is fast and furious with lots of repetitions.
In this workout you move from each of five stations after one minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating X5.
1. Sandbag rows
2. Double unders
3. KB thrusters
4. Hindu squats
5. Battle Ropes (2 hand up/down).
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. Count each rep at each station for a 5 minute round. Then add all your rounds.
