Tim Kennedy Workout – Melvin Manhoef Edition

I am fighting Melvin Manhoef on March 5th in Columbus, Ohio for Strikeforce. If you don’t know Melvin, he’s got a Dutch kickboxer with a billion awards for breaking things with his fists and feet. So I’ll need some extra punching power for counterstrikes. Here’s an upper body workout to get the job done:

Five rounds for time of:

20 Pull Ups
20 Dips
20 Overhead Thrusters (100 pounds)
20 Push Ups

Time to beat: 16:31
