Kettlebell Hell

Set a cone up every 10 yards for 100 yards.
Lunge between the cones and at every cone do:
5 Turkish get-ups (each hand)
10 Snatches (each hand)
With a 45 pound Kettlebell

 

Time to beat 18:34

Middle of the pack 23:42

Last man 27:10

 

It's not nearly as cool as it looks
