- 10 sit-ups
- 15 pushups
- 20 air squats
*** (all exercises must break the horizontal plane, e.g. leg squats: legs must be parallel to the ground; push ups: arms must be parallel to the ground.)
This collection is one set. In twenty minutes, count the number of total sets that you are able to complete.
