Tim Kennedy Workout – 30 April 2009

 

This is a buddy event.

2 mile run to warm up
This entire workout is to be completed with a weight vest on (or body armor)
  1. 30 ft rope climb
  2. Sprint 200 meters
  3. 30 ft rope climb
  4. Fireman’s carry a punching bag 200 meters
  5. 30 ft rope climb
  6. Farmers walk with 2: 2 pood kettle bells
  7. 30 ft rope climb
  8. Sprint 200 meters

Time to beat 7:01

Middle of the pack: 11:00

Last team done: 14:00

Once the first man starts the rope climb the time starts.  Time stops when the second man finishes his last run.  It’s a team event, like a relay.  One runner can’t start till the other guy finishes his run…
