- Farmers walk with 2: 2 pood kettle bells
- 30 ft rope climb
- Sprint 200 meters

Middle of the pack: 11:00
Last team done: 14:00
Once the first man starts the rope climb the time starts. Time stops when the second man finishes his last run. It’s a team event, like a relay. One runner can’t start till the other guy finishes his run…
