Tim Kennedy Workout April 11

This one does not require much equipment. You can substitute a dumbell for a kettlebell and a backpack full of gear for the medicine ball.

Six rounds for time of:

15 Kettlebell swings (30-50 pound bell)
15 Box jumps
15 Medicine ball wall balls (20 pound ball)
Sprint 45 seconds out, 45 seconds back

Time to beat 12:52
Middle of the pack 18:35
Last man 22:00
