Thought I’d start the comments about these workouts that laugh at mine. Seems a bit weird that noone else has put their time on here, or maybe I’m just the only saddo that needs to improve.
Tagged it onto the end of another workout and tried to go as fast as possible. Feared I would be the ‘Last Man’, but instead finished with a time of 14:52. Far from great, but better than I thought it would be.
Had to change the workout a little. The gym I go to did not look approvingly on me slamming an 8KG Medicine Ball onto their floor, so I did sledgehammers with a weighted stick they had at the gym. I did 50 of them (25 per side), so it might make up for 10 slams.
They didn’t like a lot of the medicine ball stuff (throwing, bouncing off walls or chucking overhead), so other parts were modified as well. I figured they could have offered to catch it for me if they were that bothered, but they didn’t, so screw their wall/floor.
Anywho, 14:52 to beat next time.
11:10 is a LONG way away!
