1 Rotation = 

  1. 5 Tire flips
  2. 10 Hand stand push-ups
  3. 15 Push-ups
  4. 200 meter run

As many rotations as you can do in 20 minutes.

Number to beat – 10
Middle of the pack – 7
Last man – 5

For you corporate gym fags:

  1. 5 225LBS deadlifts
  2. 10 HS PU
  3. 15 PU
  4. 1 minute, max speed, and elevation on treadmill.
