45sec Treadmill run (10mph with 1% incline)
10 Handstand pushups
10 Kettlebell snatches (45lbs, each hand)
X3

1.5min Treadmill run (10mph with 1% incline)
20 Overhead press (45lbs bar)
20 Knees to elbows
X3

Time to beat 13:00
Middle of the pack 15:00
Last man 20:20
