Tim Kennedy Workout – 24 October

After a prolonged absence from the Rhino Den, UFC fighter Tim Kennedy is back with a new workout. Get you puke bags out.

2 minutes stationary row (for distance)
10 Handstand pushups
10 Knees to elbows
10 Burpees
Full recovery

Repeat once

If you don’t get 500m within those 2 minutes of the rower you have to double the reps on the rest of the exercises.
