Each round is 5 minutes.  you should have plenty of time to do both.  count the number of reps you get for each exercise, and let me know.
Round 1

  • 400m sprint
  • Kettle bell swings (65lbs)
  • Round 2
  • 400 sprint
  • Dumb bell snatches (65lbs)

Round 3

  • 400m sprint
  • Burpees

Round 4

  • 400m sprint

Round 5

  • 400m sprint
  • one leg tire flips
