  7. 60 Sit-ups
  8. 50 Kettle bell swings (2pood)
  9. 40 Hand stand push-ups
  10. 30 Pull-ups
  11. 20 Burpees
  12. 10 225lbs Deadlift
  13. 400m run

    I was introduced to kettle bell exercises by my ex-boyfriend. He is gone, however I still use the kettlebells 😉 they’re great for calorie burning. Just wondering if there’s a more effective fat burning and muscle firming (constructing) exercise around? Btw, love the blog!
