- 40 Hand stand push-ups
- 50 Kettle bell swings (2pood)
- 60 Sit-ups
- 50 Kettle bell swings (2pood)
- 40 Hand stand push-ups
- 30 Pull-ups
- 20 Burpees
- 10 225lbs Deadlift
- 400m run












I was introduced to kettle bell exercises by my ex-boyfriend. He is gone, however I still use the kettlebells
they’re great for calorie burning. Just wondering if there’s a more effective fat burning and muscle firming (constructing) exercise around? Btw, love the blog!
