  1. 10 Pull-ups
  2. 12 Hand stand Push-ups
  3. 14 Ball burpees
  4. 16 Deadlifts (225lbs)
  5. 18 Kettle bell swings (2 pood)
  6. 20 Knees to elbow
  • Repeat the above exercise 2 more times.
  • You’re done.
