5 Tire flips (jump in jump over. If you don’t have a giant tire, do pull ups)
10 Burpees
15 Medicine Ball slams (take the ball over your head, slam it to the ground, and pick it up)

Time to beat 8:51
Middle of the pack 12:57
Last man 16:34
