  1. 10 Pull-ups
  2. 20 Kettle bell swings (2pood)
  3. 30 Hand stand push-ups
  4. 40 Sit-ups
  5. 50 Burpees.
  6. 40 Sit-ups
  7. 30 Hand stand push-ups
  8. 20 Kettle bell swings (2pood)
  9. 10 Pull-ups
  • Repeat the above exercise.
  • You’re done.

    Hey Tim,, Sorry I wasn’t there when you came to pick up your 214. I was hoping to see you again. It was a pleasure meeting and talking with you. And believe me you have left an impression on all. You should hear them talk about you in the office now.. They talk like they all know you and honey you have all the women swooning..

    Hello tim

    im 17 and im about to attend army rotc. I am aspring to become a army ranger i wanted to know some tips on how i should workout and if i should increase my bodyweigh. thankyou your workouts help . Hooah!
